With a new Healthcare Management System comes the task of getting patient data into it. It’s one thing to scan a document into the system and produce an image, but it’s another to extract or capture the data from that image so that it can be used for analysis. The CTI Healthcare Virtual Medical Assistant (Virtual MA™) is the answer.

Capturing data from paper forms such as new patient intake forms, insurance information, driver’s license information and medical history, is time consuming, but critical to the successful care of a patient. The data has to be correct in order to effectively treat and bill so that both the patient and the doctor is cared for properly in a timely and cost effective manner.

The Virtual MA™ is transparent to normal business processes, but provides much more efficiency than a person data entering the information at the computer terminal. Our strict and secure controls are in place to assure you complete confidentiality. Accuracy is also a priority for CTI Healthcare so we use a “key, key and verify” (KKV) process to immediately flag data for correction of any discrepancies and offer you an unsurpassed level of quality and accuracy that other solutions and any single data entry operator can’t approach.
